"Great welcome and very friendly. Central and easy walk to the hub of the city and Cathedral. Accommodation comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking at the rear and a very good self service breakfast. "

"Beautiful hotel- bit outdated in some respects but that added to the overall charm. Only downside was restaurant charging a la carte prices rather than the set menu. At reception paying the next morning, someone else had exactly the same problem. Delayed our checkout as we had to run through every expense and correct the bill. Make sure you check the bill on checkout in detail… a la carte pricing seems to be a try on theme sadly!! We’d also been charged for breakfast and hadn’t had breakfast!"
