"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "This is not suitable for families with babies. The travel cot they put in our room was atrocious and dangerous. The ‘mattress’ was literally rock hard with a sheet thrown on top, not even a fitted sheet and it was dirty. When i called to get an explanation on this they said a fitted sheet was a health and safety hazard? But a loose sheet on a baby cot apparently isn’t? We had a nice travel cot with a fitted sheet in the Premier Inn, they seem to care more about baby comforts and safety. Clearly have no idea on a safe sleep environment for a baby, they offered no solution so we had to cosleep, also not safe. The room was tired, dirty and kind of falling apart. The curtains had mould and the carpet outside the bathroom was damaged and lifting up. Nice restaurant on site and comfortable beds is the only positive."

"I checked in late at night (11pm) after a long travel day. The walk from the airport was sign posted at the exit of the airport but it led through the carpark and seemed a fairly long walk. A nice addition would be to have one of those small airport buggies available to transport guests at least most of the way. The girl at reception was friendly and welcoming. However when I had some problems with my debit/credit cards at check in (due to my own confusion and tiredness), another member of staff (male) on duty was quite curt, and impatient, and didnot solve my problem. However when the Manager or Supervisor was brought in, he was very welcoming, friendly and able to solve the problem, and even gave me a room upgrade. However this was on the executive level which was another long walk from the reception area. The room was huge and the bathroom had a separate shower as well as a bath. It was very clean but the whole hotel felt very sterile. However as an airport hotel, probably used only for overnight stays, it served its purpose. "
