"We spent 7 days there and every staff member was amazing. The valet was quick! We utilized the Spa I understand that the $20 per day per room is an incentive to use those services but it is unfortunate that I couldn't put it towards products at the spa. Overall I highly recommend the royal lahaina."

"Didn’t like that it took 3 separate attempts to address the broken phone line in the room. When the Internal maintenance team finally arrived, it was determined than it needed to be fixed/handled by the phone company directly. Was offered a new room instead but since we only had about 2 days or so left, it didn’t make sense. We opted to stay in the same room with the broken phone line. This was our 3rd stay and there were no issues with the previous stays. Will likely stay there again next time we visit Maui. Nice location. Very walkable."

"When I go to Calee, I stay in this hotel 100% of the time. I’ve probably been here about a dozen times over the past few years the property is clean and the staff is always great. Tantes is the restaurant on site and is wonderful. Highly recommend both."
Napili Shores Maui by OUTRIGGER

"The condo was just ok in the garden section of the complex. It smelled moldy the whole time. Needs to be updated a bit. It was fine for our two nights. I’ve stayed in way better condos in that complex but I had a last minute change in plans so I’m glad that condo was available. The price was way too high for garden view in that complex. I guess the gardeners didn’t work the weekend so our patio and the whole complex was full of dry fallen leaves and dead flowers. When the gardeners came on Monday they used gas powered blowers and the smell came into our condo and choked us!"

"We got to the property for check in, had reception guy that is not exactly the best at greeting or got the best customer service award, the ladies and Kasper were nice, the place is under construction / renovation, no restaurants or gym available, the beach in under water due to the hurricane. Beautiful sunset and good coffee at the shop 808! The room is good for two, since you share the entrance with another condo, hopefully the people next to you is quiet and don’t turn on the lights at 5 am. Nice place overall."
