"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"Nice area, good size for 2 beds and has washer in suits. Also you can cook and has dining table.
Nice design inside. But wishing it had the elevator. Very quiet and safe area. "

"Great amenities everything you need
Only thing was major construction everywhere and unfortunately the icon will not have a bay view in future as there is tons of new apartments homes hotels and a massive shopping mall being built in front and around the icon 40 building "
