"There were some cobwebs in the room and you can smell smoke from the fire pit and a loud noise at night that hurt the ears-not sure where it came from-but the restaurant/tavern/amenities was great-Also, I checked out and the guy said that’s it-thanks without putting my name in the system-then I get a checkout email asking if I’ve checked out "

"The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. I had to have a handicap room and it was the best for layout for a handicap bathroom I have ever seen seen. I would definitely stay that again."

"The pull out couch bed had crumbs in it as though the sheets don’t get checked / changed. There was only one towel in our bathroom even though we booked the room for our family of 4. The breakfast was not good. There were no coffee cups for the “complementary” coffee. The staff seemed overwhelmed"

"Had a long day of driving and finally reached our destination hotel to be able to sleep before another long day the next day. Arrived a little before midnight and when we got there there was no one at the front desk to check us in, we waited for a few mins and then someone came up to greet us. When we stated that we were checking in the front desk said that he can no longer accept check ins until 1:30am because their system updates from midnight-1:30am. He also informed us that after the updates he can’t guarentee our room will not have been cancelled. At first he said that the hotel wouldn’t be the one cancelling the room but the third party (Expedia) would cancel it. I called Expedia and they stated they would not cancel our room. When I told the front desk that he said that he still can’t guarantee it will be there and if we book a new room at 1:30am he would have to charge an early check in fee. After a long day of travel all we wanted a place to sleep for the night and I just couldn’t believe how difficult it was to claim our room that we can already reserved. The front desk guy had absolutely no compassion or wouldn’t even try and help us with a room or offer a refund for the inconvenience. I will never “try” and stay at this hotel again, and will never recommended them either."

"The staff are super nice, courteous and worked with me on choice of room. I have a dog and always asked for a top floor. The room was clean and comfortable as always. The stairs and aisles need cleaning. Otherwise, it's a nice stay."
