"The place was great! I loved the outdoor areas and our room was very spacious. The location is right on the beach and it made it easy to go from the beach to the pools. The balcony was nice and felt private. While we were there, the elevator broke. Then the only other one broke. The staff escorted people up and down the staff elevators and they were so nice - even when some guests weren’t. My only note had to do with the bathroom. It was a nice bathroom but the tub was a jet tub which made it difficult to get in and out with bad knees because it was so high. Also the toilet was very low. Don’t let that stop you from booking because this place was the best place we have stayed at Virginia Beach."

"The property appears dated but the room was redone and updated. The bed was super comfortable like a cloud. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. We just needed rest during a long drive during emergency medical care and it was perfect for our needs. We checked to see if we could get in a little earlier, 1 pm for 3 pm check in time. They wanted half the room rate for 2 hours, so we drove around till 3. Rules are rules, I suppose, but a little more customer service would go a long way. I had prepaid otherwise may have gone elsewhere. Super friendly when we returned though."
