"Very good beds and a clean, beautiful, roomy shower. But lighting in the bathroom was so dim and only comes from underneath the mirror, that doing my very simple make-up of blush, mascara and powder, was hard. There is a make-up mirror with light, but it's very high and the light is useless.

"In this hotel, I felt like I was stepping back in time to almost a century ago. Yet, at the same time, it had modern conveniences - an updated bathroom, elevator, a sunroom and a restaurant downstairs with outdoor seating. The location could not have been better for a tourist like me and the staff was wonderful. "
