Sijainti on todella hyvä. Liikenteen melu ei kuulunut liiemmin sisälle. Raitsikoiden jyrinä kuului vaimeasti, ei kuitenkaan häiritsevästi. Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa sujui erinomaisesti. Asunto oli siisti ja varustelu hyvä.
