Staff really friendly and we ate there in the evening and although it was fully booked they found us a table. Plenty of choice on menu and they had gluten free options which was great for us. "We wanted somewhere close to Hillsborough Stadium, and The Queens Ground fit the bill perfectly. Our room above the pub was clean, comfortable, and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The pub itself is a proper local’s boozer - warm, welcoming, and full of character, with reasonably priced drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Would happily stay again."
