"It looked clean, but when I wiped a spot on the tile floor with a paper towel I could see from the wet paper towel it had not been cleaned in a while. On a Friday night there were some very loud guests, a bunch of family members gathering with little ones screeching and screaming outside in the common area until 10:50pm. Breakfast they didn’t restock often enough and if you only had 10 minutes you had to take whatever was left. We probably won’t stay there again. Sadly it fell short of what we were hoping all around. A positive, the bed was good when it was quiet outside to sleep."

"This is the best hotel ever, I call it my home away from home, the staff is absolutely amazing and sooo friendly, they have always treated myself and my family as if they have known us their whole lives, when im in Alb I always choose to stay here due to the fact its so clean, they have security and again staff is excellent Thank you QurQue for everything 😀 "

"Pool was not available. When booking you should provide information on the website of any "maintenance closures" so that prior arrangements can be made. Specially during spring break when families are traveling for a fun weekend getaway. Even though your sister property was available for use, I did not want to leave the hotel to go swimming. It's an inconvenience. Also, you all did not provide a refund or credit for amenities being that your pool was not in service. Your elevators, only one was working and the wait times were long. The planning was not accordingly due to all the people that booked that weekend we were there. Your property was not prepared! "

"Overnight stay, they charge $5 parking. I was surprised but that’s alright, it was subtracted from the deposit. Big desk/table and tv was good. Fridge was nice and cold. No problems"

"The outside/ area to get to the place might look sketchy, but my room was just fine. Parking is a bit crowded, wasn’t sure if I’d have a good spot. Was glad to have a first floor option. The lock to the door was 100% no chance someone else could get in without the keycard. Loved that. Bed was huge, ac was good, decent sized tv and big fridge for a longer stay. Shower was interesting in the corner, it is opened faced and the shower faces funny I thought the curtain wouldn’t cut it but it did! Great for my overnight stay and I will save it for my next trip in ABQ"

"The property appears to be under renovations; however, there did not seem to be adequate planning for parking or ensuring guest amenities were up to standard. The morning breakfast was running late, and the staff member assisting was unable to keep up even with the small number of guests present. This resulted in people waiting for the continental breakfast items to be refilled.The amenities, including the indoor pool and hot tub, were open but appeared poorly maintained. The water looked dirty, green, and cloudy, and did not seem properly filtered. The air conditioning units also need updating. The unit had to run continuously in order for the room to feel cool, which made it less comfortable overall."
