"I don't know what happened. We've stayed here 2 times previously, and everything was excellent. Whoever was responsible for preparing room 342 for my stay on 8 May didn't do their job well. The carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. There were bits of paper and plastic on the floor in the bedroom, a packet of sauce from Churches Chicken, a sticker on the floor, and the bathroom sink was cracked. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, and only one small plate in the kitchen...no pots, pans, cutlery. The fan that is supposed to blow cold air into the bedroom via a hole in the wall was dirty and didn't work. However, the person at the front desk got us plates, pots, pans, cutlery, and bedding. Please make a better effort so we can return to the enjoyable experiences we had previously."

"Nice place to stay with 2 kids and our dog. Breakfast was good enough, staff were super nice and helpful. Close to Zoo and restaurants. "

"The room was clean and very nice however both tvs did not work well. One did not turn on and the other couldn't change the channels. Also didappointed the food hall was closed by 3pm."

"Nice room, nice hotel only issue was a police car that was on the other side of fence had the siren going on for about 3 hours at about 3 am. Not sure why but it was annoying. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. VERY limited food (eggs , sausage, cereal, toast, pancakes, instant oatmeal, lukewarm coffee, watered down OJ and apple juice. Not the best but....."
