"I ordered a fountain view, and when I arrived, there was nothing available! Second, they gave me a room to please me, but it was not fountain view! Third, the next day they gave me the room that I first ordered, which is found view as I went on the property. There was male or female semen on the wall on the balcony. I contacted the front desk to let them know right away as soon as I opened up and checked around to see if it’s clean.. the cleaning manager came up, took pictures and said that they will take care of it, they took care of just a little spot, but there was splats everywhere that they did not clean and very disgusting. I did not use the balcony at all. The state was very poor. I feel like the motel has hyper potential but very sad for the first time you staying there I asked for a reimbursement they are working on that now."

"Checked in on MGM app which assigned room, able to use stations to print room keys. Assigned room in Royal tower which needs updating. Above headboard decoration was peeling off, lights difficult to turn on/off or not working. Had issue with key card and directed to wait in a long guest services line that was not moving very fast, though premium guests had 2 agents helping. I figured out I could remake a key from app, so was able to get out of line. Clean casino machines. "

"Everything was "fine". We booked 3 rooms for work, and all 3 had some discomfort with the beds. The room had a fridge that was completely useless because it was filled with stupid over priced drinks, and we couldn't put our own food in. In the past, we stayed at the Signature at MGM (which is what we will return to in the future), so we didn't realize what a step down we were taking when we booked at the MGM. My TLDR would be, just book at the signature, it's so much better. But, the MGM staff was amazing, every single employee we encountered did an amazing job, right down to the security guards I needed directions from. Staff is top knotch! ....Facility, slightly less so. "
