They catered well to my Gluten Free requirements which can be difficult in Cairo and the staff were so wonderful and attentive. I would stop at this hotel again without a doubt. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!"
