I had some laundry and it was done at a very cheap price. The room was neat and clean, the terrace is large and private, bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large and newly renovated. "Our family of 4 with kids enjoyed our 4 nights at the Novotel. We came off an exhausting 14 hour layover and were happy with our suite. We were in a nonsmoking room facing the Nile on the 3rd floor and although we could hear some noise, it did not bother us. The view was amazing, the service was excellent, breakfast was good and the kids slept well on the pull out couch. We had a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant. I would definitely stay here again when back in Cairo. "
