"We had an incredible experience and thanks mostly to our amazing concierge Yina. Yina - you are the best concierge we have ever had.
She made arrangements for ALL our sightseeing and we loved it totally.
Given we were strict vegetarians, Yina with the help of Angel ( duty manager ) and Cindy ( Front office lady ), arranged breakfast for us to go at no cost and we were able to take fruits, yogurt and bread to consume later for lunch which was invaluable to us. In addition, she found pure vegetarian restaurants for us to enjoy.
