"Every convenient location, especially if you plan to visit UFJ. JR station is t min away and a convenient store near the station. The property was clean and very spacious. The quality of amenities are more than I expected. The entrance to the hot spring next door was included. I do recommend this place to the others."

"This property is ideal for its proximity to Universal. It’s a one minute walk from the station. This property is surrounded with food options. There is a 7-11, Starbucks, and Lawson’s on-site. The room was large and provided toiletries, coffee, and tea. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were amazing and smelled wonderful. The shower is huge and comfortable. As I mentioned, the station is close by and easy to get to Dotonbori and other places of interest. If you’re going to Universal, this is the ideal property. "

"This an excellent choice for visiting Universal Studios Japan. Located in city walk three minutes from the train exit and five minutes from the entrance to Universal Studios. There is both a 7-11 and Lawson right outside the hotel for quick convenience purchases. I was only staying a single night for my one day visit to the park but this was the perfect option. The staff was kind and easy to communicate with even though I don’t speak any Japanese. The room was very clean, and had everything I needed with two complimentary bottles of water waiting. I love the self service baggage room you can leave use all day on checkout day. It is a genius design with large shelves and self programmed code locking steel wires. I would gladly stay here again if going to the park."

"Room was spacious compared to the hotel I stayed at Shinjuku. Loved that it was walking distance from Universal Studios. The view from my room was incredible. 110% will recommend."

"Spacious and comfortable room! For the most part, it was quite clean but there were some spots in the washroom or near the door that had black (mold?) spots. Aside from that, it was great! But unfortunately a cockroach appeared in my room on my 2nd night; the concierge came in to handle it. I don’t know if it had already been there or if it came in as I opened the door? (I was on the 20th something floor though) Shout out to the concierge though"
