"I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. They weren’t set up to keep the room clean: no dog bed was provided and I had to use my own dog towels to wipe their feet. I also had to make a special request to get a sheet to cover the bed so we wouldn’t get mud on the beautiful white comforter s. Made me think it was just a money grab. "

"When we arrived to this property and saw the accommodations we felt that the online pictures were very misleading. The only space at this hotel that was nice and accurately represents the pictures was the front lobby. The pictures online of the pool made it look inviting and fun for families, however after arriving we were disgusted with the amount of mildew on the windows. The colour of the water was a little off. We were travelling as a group and booked 3 rooms. The beds were incredibly small, one of our rooms did not have a working t.v, and we had to unclog our shower ourselves because the hotel only had 1 employee to manage the entire hotel. Since we were arriving late and were travelling with many children we chose to stay at this hotel but will never book this spot again. I do feel the 1 employee was kind and tried to help us, but it is difficult to tend to all of the needs of every customer. Do not be fooled by the beautiful chandelier in the lobby as it is a misrepresentation of the hotel. "

"Staff was very nice. The room appeared clean but the floors were not swept or washed. It looked like they only swept the open area leaving along the walls and between the furniture extremely dirty. "

"When I checked in the staff did not tell me there’s a continental breakfast with coffee. Also the website hadn’t listed it in amenities. Only one bar of soap, no shower gel for the bathroom. Bathroom could use an additional towel rack. "
