"This is the most beautiful place to stay for a night, couple of days, or a week. My husband and I will be back as soon as we can. The landscaping is amazing, clean rooms, and bathroom..and best of all if you leave something by mistake, they make sure you get it back right away!! What a wonderful staff too"

"Loved the industrial design of the hotel, natural ME pine wood. Their website should note entrance is actually on Front Street, not Main. I went around 3 times until I found the entrance(parking across the street.) Copley College involved in the hotel, branch of their museum up the street. I went back to Waterville(childhood vacation), to go the Colby free museum, so great! All in all, Waterville is back and worth a visit. I noted to staff at hotel the bar staff, one young woman, should pay attention to the guests in front of them, not fooling around with a new recipe, ignoring everything else. I worked for The Ritz Carlton Co. over 6 years, it’s important you know who pays your paycheck."

"The location was wonderful and the view of the water out the back door was beautiful. Bed was comfortable and Belfast is so close to go to eat or shop. I would stay here again if I came back. The only negative feedback was our back door to our deck was rotted on the bottom and was very difficult to shut. We had to forcibly push on the door to shut it completely. We enjoyed our stay!"
