"Leaking water from the ceiling and I reported but no one showed up the same day. They fixed it the next day but it was leaking again. There were no Robes in the room. There were no Shampoo, Conditioner, body washier. Hot tube was not working with messed around and the swimming pool was so cold water and no towels around. The staff was not kind and tried to help me out. "

"We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and want to warn other travelers. We booked Luxe Paradise Hotel Truong Chinh through Expedia based on the photos and description shown on the listing. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room looked nothing like the photos that were advertised online. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The couch and furniture were visibly stained and looked like they had not been properly cleaned. There were leaks in the room, and the overall condition of the property was poorly maintained. The air conditioning also did not work, which made the room very uncomfortable. Because of the unsanitary condition and how different the room was from the listing photos, we decided to leave immediately after seeing the room. We did not stay there at all. There was also no one at the front desk when we left, so we were unable to speak with any staff about the situation before leaving. We ended up having to book another hotel that same night, which cost us additional money. This was especially frustrating because it was our first night arriving in Hanoi, and instead of being able to settle in after a long trip, we had to spend time late at night finding another place to stay. The biggest issue is that the property appears to be misrepresented online. The photos on the booking listing do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms we were shown. Travelers should be very cautious when booking here and not rely solely on the photos shown "

"Our travel plans for April 2025 included a 10-day stay in Vietnam, where I had booked a property for myself and two friends from 5 to 14 April. Prior to our arrival, attempts to contact the property via the provided Vietnam contact number went unanswered. Concerned, we sought assistance from lastminute.com staff, who confirmed that calls were ringing but remained unresponsive. Trusting that the situation would resolve itself, we proceeded with our trip. According to the booking terms, the property was required to email check-in instructions, including key access details, at least two days prior. However, no such email arrived. Upon our arrival in Hanoi, our taxi driver struggled to locate the listed address—119 Tran Duy Hung Street, Hanoi, 100000 Vietnam. Multiple attempts to contact the property via his phone also went unanswered. With no choice, he dropped us off near the address, leaving us stranded in the rain with six suitcases, no internet, and no phone access. Struggling to navigate an unfamiliar city, we sought help at a nearby hotel but found no available rooms. The receptionist kindly assisted by calling the property owner, but there was no answer. She eventually provided access to Wi-Fi, allowing us to book a room at another hotel. Relieved but shaken, we moved to new accommodations. Despite ongoing attempts to contact the property throughout our stay, there was still no response. This unacceptable lack of communication and professionalism caused immense hardship!!"
