"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"Incredibly kind owners who helped us a lot even with a language barrier. Extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay there. Hidden gem really! Although we had some trouble getting there as it is a bit off, but definitely worth it! Recommend taking a taxi! Will definitely return there in the future! "Swimming in the pool was difficult even for a human, the edge was extremely narrow to walk on, and the dog couldnโt get in because it would have to jump over a very wide gap. He was scared."

"This is the best hotel Iโve ever stayed in. If youโre staying in Seoul this is an absolute must, I will be committing to this hotel for any future stay.

"Really nice hotel thatโs convenient and great for foreigners coming to Seoul for the first time as there is a metro exit right in-front of the hotel. It is super clean and decent size, especially if you spend most of your time out of the hotel. Our room was facing the main road which gets super busy and lively during the evenings with loads of pocha stands and you canโt hear anything from the room which is super great! Recommended to stay!"

"Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andazโs but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."
