"I booked the hotel at 8 pm for the same night due to traveling cross country. We had 4 people and booked two double beds. Received an email at 9 pm saying now double rooms were available but a king plus pullout couch was. I called and confirmed this was okay and there would be no extra cost. Then at 10:45 received an email there would be a $40 surcharge for the "room upgrade". We arrived at 11 pm. For me having to sleep on a pullout couch vs. a double bed is a downgrade. They should have told me about the extra charge in time for me to cancel and find a new hotel. Management is clearly a mess. The worker at the desk was very nice I feel sorry for that person having to deal with chaotic management that does not care about customers or honest practice."

"Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Beds were super comfortable too. The hotel is on the older side so part of our ceiling was peeling and our shower faucet wouldn't turn off all the way and kept leaking out water. But for the price and us just stopping to sleep on our way to Florida, this was a good choice. Overall clean and comfortable so we would stay here again. "

"This property made for an excellent stay! From the moment we walked after a long day at the ball parks, we were greeted first, not by a team member but the pleasant smell of a clean aroma that wafted through the automatic doors. The staff was equally welcoming and the rooms were very clean. In the morning, the lady that was facilitating the breakfast was very kind and greeted all guests, ensuring that everyone had what ever they needed. This is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area. "

"Room needed light bulbs for the two lamps. The bed was hard. The bathroom smelled moldy. The staff was personable and friendly. "

"Everything was easy, great, no problems. I was surprised by the set up with two doors, one "front" and one "back" into the room but it posed no problem. "

"I was warmly greeted upon arrival. Our room was just as described and had everything we needed. You can tell they maintain this hotel and create a professional atmosphere for business travelers but also a safe and warm environment for families. Breakfast was good, not amazing, but plenty of items to pick from and a very nice area for serving and presentation."

"It’s unfortunate that we would not say again. The room had dust on surfaces andcarpet did not appear vacuumed. I had bleach wipes because of our long trip and felt like I had to retrieve them,. was able to wipe her around the surfaces that we were going to touch. Very disappointed as we have a toddler, whose hands are in their mouth all the time and on the carpet. The breakfast options were nice. But no one bothered to clean up the tables after someone used them. I’m sure the clerk had busy work to do but not having anyone at the desk. I would’ve thought they would stay on top of cleaning the tables? "
