Breakfast ladies are amazing, no matter how busy they kept everything stocked up. Sasha at the front desk was so helpful. We were passing through the area on our way home and decided to make this our halfway home stop. Sasha is so professional and kind, it’s so wonderful to have her to turn to. This is our new home away from home

Great location but area is currently under construction blocking access to Rigley’s Entertainment Complex, you have to drive to get to the complex. Otherwise everything was great! Would stay here again.

The bedroom, kitchen, and living room area was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well lit but kind of tightly spaced. My only complaint would be about the very loud AC unit cycling on and off throughout the night. We put the temperature as cold as we could get it for the second night to try the keep the unit from cycling on and off as frequently since it was so loud. We went and got extra blankets from the front desk to compensate for the now frigid room. Front desk was accommodating for our blanket requests!

Property was great. Nice to have a bar on the fifth floor. Only issue I had was that the tv isn’t a smart tv so you can’t watch apps like Kayli’s or prime during your stay.

Best Hotel Ever!

Always a wonderful experience! Not the traditional room service, but food made available like room service from Rigby’s Entertainment Complex right next door! And a lovely rooftop bar for a little drink and great ambiance!! Always super clean as well!
