"Room was very nice, but it had gnats in it. Also, there is a window over the vanity and right outside that window is a very bright outdoor light. That light flooded the room with light after it was dark. There was a closet door right there, so I opened it to help block the light. This window desparately needs a blind or a curtain."

"Lovely place, fantastic staff, and terrific breakfast! My only complaint are the parking lot lights. I stay here often when I am working in town. Sometimes I get a room with such bright lights outside that it keeps me awake half the night. It makes work very difficult the next day..."

"WE ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION AND WAS A BIT WORRIED AT FIRST, OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, ALL OF THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WE ENJOYED VISITNG WITH THEM DURING OUR STAY. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS WORKING VERY HARD TO UPGRADE EVERYTHING AND SEEM TO BE DOING A GOOD JOB."

"Best hotel of our entire 3-week road trip! This was the last stop of our three-week road trip, and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place to finish it. After staying at around 20 different hotels along the way, The Florentine Waterfront Hotel easily took the #1 spot for us. Everything about our stay was excellent — beautiful property, great location, very clean and comfortable, and just an amazing atmosphere. After being on the road for three weeks, this was exactly the kind of place we wanted for our final stop. We stayed at many great hotels during this trip, but this one really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. A perfect ending to an unforgettable road trip! 5/5."
