"Honestly, this was probably the nicest little place that we stayed on the Oregon coast. Florence is probably about halfway down the Oregon coast, which is littered with tiny and smaller little towns starting in Astoria and extending down to Northern California. This was a motel type location, but it was really impressive. The place was very clean, the staff were very friendly, there were all kinds of nice little conveniences around- some rags and cleaner to clean your windshield of your car If you wanted it, and there was a sleep machine with different White Noise options by the bed. The price, given what you were getting, was very very cheap. It’s not on the beach overlooking the ocean, but if you’re just looking for a nice safe place that you can sleep for the night when you’re driving down the coast, you couldn’t really do better than this. Lots of parking and close by amenities. I would definitely stay here again."

"Spacious room, comfortable bed and great amenities. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, which were located in the main building. The hotel location was nice, but separated from town by the river and draw bridge."

"Out of all of the places we stayed on our trip driving up the coast, this was by far our favorite stop. We stayed at fancy resorts and swanky hotels, but the Siltcoos retreat was just magical! The amount of detail everywhere you look was amazing. The time and effort put into our conductors cabin, had us in awe. You guys are legendary for what you’ve accomplished there. Y’all we had deer walk up to us in the back yard! They didn’t even care we were there! The next time we are in Oregon, we will be staying with you! Thank you again for a magical stay. Your creativity has inspired us! I also thought it was funny you had “Du Monde” coffee because my maiden name is Dumond. So cool!"
