"Had to ask repeatedly for fresh sheets and bath towels and they finally cleaned the room after 3 days of requesting it. Even hung the sign up for service but it got ignored. We were the only room that had a car there for 5 days and they couldn’t even get our room cleaned even when we called for service day after day. Just excuses on why they didn’t check it. Always had an excuse for everything. No a/c like advertised. No view of the bay unless you walk outside and go to the side of the building but room was sold as if it had a view with a/c but did not. Run down rooms, towels looked dirty and sheets were grayish from being old. Card got hacked with multiple weird unauthorized charges as soon as they swiped it. Never again will we stay there."

"The room was acceptable. The issue was the entire building had a complete power outage at 7am. But there was no staff explanation to the guest. It was still out at 8:30am , so I showered and prepped in a dark bathroom. Breakfast was also unavailable which made no sense because the power went off after it should have been prepared. Absolutely no concern was exhibited by the staff during the event. Employees lack of concern will be my reason for avoiding this place in the future."
