Everything was perfect - lovely room, large comfy bed, super clean bathroom and one of the best full english breakfasts we’ve had. The hosts were both lovely too. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The owner made us very welcome which made the stay even more enjoyable. We also found out that Old Daltongate House is the oldest house in Ulverston. If we get a chance, we will certainly go back again.

The property was spotless, very well appointed and everything was of very good quality.Breakfasts were freshly made and delicious. Our hostess was very friendly and gave us excellent advice about places to visit and good places to eat. There was nothing about the property. that we did not like. Lovely find

What a wonderful find. A great place to stay with lovely hosts. The house itself is one of the oldest in Ulverston with parts dating back to Jacobean times. The house is tastefully decorated and the room we stayed in was very comfortable with a great bathroom. Everything was clean and we had a lovely breakfast. Well definitely return.

Well looked after central. Gave very good information on parking, breakfast exceptional. Friendly host. Would recommend highly if you need accommodation in the area. The farmers pub on the corner 20 yds away. Food. Very good , again recommend. Even though busy and you need to book, bank holiday weekend. Very busy , but not noisy. Or a problem , being so close.

Great place - I will be staying here again :)

Lovely, quiet guest house, very close to the centre of Ulverston. Friendly, welcoming and helpful owners. Clean and comfortable room and very tasty breakfasts with good choices. I whole-heartedly recommend this place and intend to stay here again on my next visit to Ulverston :)
