"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "Welcoming staff, easy to communicate with them in english. Relaxing ambiance in the lobby. Room is great, clean and comfy bed. The area is connected to lotte mall, it is a plus factor for tourist like us who loves shopping. Variety of food cuisine to choose from, branded and designers products are all available in lotte mall. Easy check in and out. Money exchange is also availble thru machine in the lobby. Overall we enjoy our stay and will definitely comeback again if given the chance."
