"Nice quite rooms with all you need, ie kettle, plenty of coffee, tea, Sugar and milk. Enough for 2 people for 2 days, having morning and evening drinks.
Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice of cereals, pastries etc and the cooked ENGLISH breakfast was very nice especially the Black Pudding.
The free internet was ok but at the back of the building in the rooms there it was a be sketchy. "
"Very friendly, yet professional staff, also very efficient, the room was exceptionally clean, in all areas and all the room facilities were excellent........there was an excellent choice for breakfast, catering for everyone, everything was fresh, the cooked food was hot and a great choice of drinks, hot and cold.......we didn't use the bar, but it looked very clean with a good range of drinks.......all in all a very enjoyable stay and we'll definitely be back, thank you. "Such a lovely hotel. Right in the heart of Sheffield. We couldn’t have asked for more. On the doorstep of the Cathedral and Winter Gardens to name but a few. It seems silly to say but the only issue we had was the tv! It had bbc1 but not 2, itv or channel 4. Very strange. Would still highly recommend "
"Room was very nice, as was the bathroom, but couldn’t get the A/C to come on. Luckily it wasn’t excessively hot so didn’t really affect sleep. Breakfast was very nice, with good choice and never had to wait for anything. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, throughout our short stay. "
