The hotel is located quite close to the ubud market. The monkey forest and Central market are nearby attractions. The places offers great breakfast buffet, the staff is courteous and helps out when asked

The hotel is located in the jungle ravine. The staffWe're wonderful and the breakfast was very good. We are canadians in the middle of a dark winter and we were put in the basement room.That wasn't very light and bright. That is the only thing they could have improved on, possibly having a better room.

Boutique resort located north of Ubud. Lush greenery covering ravine. Infinity pool on two levels. Beautiful Balinese architecture- notice elaborate roof carvings at the main building; rooms with contemporary Balinese decor. Excellent service Shuttle car to Ubud Palace.

Simple but ok

The stuff was friendly and the room were very clean and good. We had a room with the balcony to a locals home. They had a bunch of dogs and cats. They were barking all day long even in the night. That was very frustraiting. The Breakfast was not really good. Just the normal stuff. We would have liked some special fruits and stuff like that.

A really wonderful place to stay in Ubud. It is located a little bit outside the crowdy city area, a little up the hill. But the quick 15 min walk is worth the calmness. The rooms were great and clean. But you can see that it has already been in use for several years (also at the pool area). The only thing I can complain about is, that the air conditioning made some noises like some paper was stuck and was flapping against the walls when in use. But we somehow forgot to tell the staff about it and I am sure they would have investigated, when they knew about it. The breakfast was enormous and delicious, the staff was always friendly and the overall hotel made a wonderful impression. We had a really pleasent stay for five nights.

I ended up booking this on a whim because I had used expedia to book Suparsa Homestay across the street but despite me paying for my room ahead of time they had given it to someone else. At 9pm I was stranded with a huge suitcase trying to find a solution. I was disappointed in Expedia and have learned not to use them in Bali as this has happened to many tourists. Once I found the Best Western, they felt so bad for what happened that they upgraded my room by three levels without me asking. They were very friendly and kind. I slept soundly as the hotel is very quiet. The trees at the back were an incredible view for morning coffee. Breakfast was buffet style. There’s a nice coffee machine and good service. It’s good food, but if you can swing a top rated cafe of course you may have better food (it’s all within walking distance) although the ambiance is nice around the pool. Thank you so much! Thank you so much. It was a great stay.
