"The breakfast was ok and the room was amazing and the kitchen had everything. The Lady at the front desk was not that friendly. The lady serving the breakfast was super friendly. Overall the Hotel was really nice in a peaceful area."

"Good selection of breakfast and they provide a cook-to-order omlette. Nice interior decoration. Pool is nice too. Only lose a star because housekeeping didn't clean the room and I had to go to front desk to ask for fresh towels. And right after I went to front desk, housekeeping showed up and said we are the last room on their route to clean. Well..."

"This is an exceptional property. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The restaurants serve great food, and the amenities (pools, golf course, and so much more) are world class."

"We were assigned a handicap accessible room which was really complicated to navigate. We had to call the desk to find out how to operate the window shades. It was a switch on the opposite side of the room. The bath would fill but we never did learn how to use the shower and no one was available at 7:30 PM to help us. Worst of all there was a motion operated lamp that came on every time we moved in bed… all night! I finally had to take out the bulbs. Nice location and clean but totally frustrating with very little help from the staff."

"I booked 2 rooms for my family of 6. Each room had 2 queen beds. No coffee maker in any room. Had a bottle of conditioner on the wall in the shower but it was empty. It wasn’t the little bottles like you get at most hotels. But most hotels make sure they are full. Only 2 towels in each bathroom even though I booked 2 rooms for 6 people. The towels in the pool area are tiny. Almost hand towel size. Had to use 3 towels to dry off. Breakfast is very small. It’s like they stuffed it into a closet. It was the worst Hilton I’ve stayed in but not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. "

"The view is amazing so happy me and my friend choose to make the hour long drive from Denver to Colorado Springs! We will most definitely come back to Hotel Poloris. Also Nick was amzing, thank you Nick we home to see you agian!"
