Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs staff are the best! Any questions or request was always met with we would live to make that happen and did. The suit was roomy clean and family friendly. THE CHECK IN WAS AMAZING . Nate recognized the moving pieces to my checking and immediately personalized it to make it smooth and streamlined. This was especially important since we had locals that had a day pass with special deals as well as us booking through Expedia( 3rd party . Carel last friendly and made us feel like family . Mark upgraded us in pool area when there was a pickup with the premium table and put our party of 12 in the cabana and Tony was on top of our needs through out. It was a perfect multi family bonding experience and everyone had a great time. We will do it again!

The food at this resort may *look* good. It is, however, almost inedible. The fresh fruits and vegetables are great, but any food that requires cooking is abysmal. The breakfast buffet uses microwaved bacon, the eggs come out in a tray in one solid lump, and everything else is the same- clumpy, lumpy, flavorless, or even watery depending on how it was prepped. We were comped for one plate of food, thankfully, because it was so terrible. But everything else we paid for because we were hungry and needed to eat, so we ate it. But I would advise anyone staying here to play on venturing off site for food. There are many fabulous restaurants in the area! Just don’t eat at the resort. Which is unfortunate, because you should be able to eat the food for the cost. It’s not like this is a Super 8- but the food might as well be.

This place is wonderful from the room to staff to their compassion to our family! They have gone above and beyond and Blessed our family in the 4 stays there for medical trips! Highly recommend! And ohh the water park is the bomb!
