"I would never stay at Treasure Island again! There are so many things that needs improved & what are the resorts fees for? "

"Too many hidden fees. Parking was too expensive and resort fees are outrageous. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"You get what you pay for. The room type, options, date of property are all in line with the cheap price so can’t complain too much. Things I’d fix- shower pressure was bad so showering wasn’t fun. Cleaner started knocking on door every 20mins at 10am even though check out isn’t until 11 and do not disturb sign was on the handle. Floors are also thin so you can hear the floor above you walking around. "

"Room was clean. Some cosmetic items that could be updated like wallpaper in restroom peeling. Shower kinda dated but clean. Staff was really nice! Everyone was sincerely friendly and thankful when tipped. The elevator needs to be updated. Do not stick to hold the elevator, it will not stop from closing. Pro tip: you can download the MGM rewards app and check in early while you’re on your way! Received a digital key card. Room was ready early. Had option to upgrade my room for reasonable price and pay for parking pass, $20 a day and you can use it at any MGM property! What a deal. "

"We were not told when we reserved we had to check in by Midnight. When I saw this because I was calling g to let them know we would be a late check in, no one answered the phone or my email. So I called hotel’s. com and they tried to call and also couldn’t get anyone to answer, so I requested a refund because we needed to have a room when we got there after midnight. Not answering your phone in Vegas is terrible service!!!!"
