"This place is in tenderloin and a lot of homeless hangs around right at front. While i survived, i realized i should have read the reviews. It’s a relatively inexpensive place. Next to Bart train so that’s why I got it. But the location and surrounding really sucks. The room smells and the bed has blood stains… get what you pay for… would not recommend. "

"We love this property - Super convenient to walk to Oracle Park.
Staff is THE BEST! So friendly from check in to big friendly smiles and greetings from housekeeping!
My only Con is that the A/C seems to go down to minimum when you are sleeping because there is no movement in the room to trigger the occupancy sensor so it gets a little stuffy at night."
