"This is a hostel but was great. Unfortunately no parking available but parked easily on the street. Great room. No hair dryer. Pizza and breakfast was excellent and well priced. Definitely recommend. "

"As a family with 2 rooms we loved this hotel was worried after reading poor reviews but we were happy with everything. Rooms good and beds were very comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and staff were pleasant and helpful. Maybe a little faded in the rooms a little chipped paint etc not totally modern but not enough for us to worry about. I guess it depends on your expectations of hotels but we were more than happy with this hotel. Was not too far to town centre and Christmas market a 10 minute walk maybe but nice and quiet surroundings. Had parking for our two cars but may have not had so much room if arriving late as could not reserve spaces. First visit to Lille as usually go to German Christmas market but we really liked the town. All in all a very good trip. "

"This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe! When they say five stars, they mean it!!! As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were warmly greeted. The staff is exemplary and immediately makes you feel like a valued guest! The gentleman checking us walked us to our room, turned on the lights, and showed us some of the amenities on our way to our room. The room is so comfortable and beautiful! Even the room coffee and filtered water are wonderful details that exceed any other hotel! The architecture is a masterpiece as they retro fit this luxury hotel into an existing building. The art in the hallways, the centered lounge, and spa are so classy and chic! I’m thankful that I got to rest here after three tiring days of exploring Christmas Markets in Belgium and Germany. This hotel sets the gold standard!"

"This is a lovely little hotel, modern and with great facilities. An unassuming facade (easily missed if you aren't looking for it!) leads you directly in front of Gare de Lille Flandres and only a five minute walk from Lille Europe, perfect if using the Eurostar. The room was well-equipped and clean. We particularly appreciated the fact that we could leave our suitcases before checking in and after checking out - this was really helpful for us! Definitely recommend "

"Room Clean Size ok Wardroom could not have been smaller. Staff all were very good and helpful when needed Location wow could not have been more central to centre of Lille. Would have been better with a bar downstairs Roof top bar brilliant 55 euro for a bottle of wine very good but over priced still had two bottles 3-4 minutes from Rihour metro We normally stay at the Barriere 5 star hotel Lille but wanted to be closer to the centre of Lille. We still had a brilliant stay. Will stop again Thanks David "
