"This is a lot more than a tourist area motel. Yes it shows its age in a couple of places, mostly chipping pain on the doors and iron work, but it’s kept immaculately clean. Having a microwave and mini fridge allowed us to save some money by making our own sandwiches to take to the beach and nuking leftovers or something quick when we were just to spent after a day in Savannah to go walk a block or two to get dinner. Linens were spotless white from bed to bath. Check in and housekeeping staff were friendly and personable. Parking can be a little tight when it’s sold out but we never had to park off property. We didn’t need air conditioning while we were there but the heat works well and quietly. Our 2nd floor room had a private porch on the opposite side of the room as the entrance, over looking the pool. It was nice to leave that door open for fresh air and a nice breeze when we were in the room.Would 100% stay again!"

"We arrived a little after the office closed and needed to call the customer service number for the rental agency to figure out which room we were in. They answered right away and got us squared away. The room itself (a 3 bedroom condo, really), was great. The bathrooms and kitchen had been updated recently and everything was clean and orderly. "
