"Rat droppings on bed and floor in one of the rooms. Ceiling leaking in one of the rooms. Also the power went out in the middle of the night during our stay.."
"We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.
But then when we walked in, all beds in all rooms were messed, apparently someone slept there but room service didn’t do their clean job. And the washer was full of towels. So we contacted above number to ask someone clean the room, until now no response. We contacted hotel.com, they said they will contact the owner, no response.
Eventually we had to sleep in the living room’s short couches, and couldn’t take shower , there are no kitchen paper towel either.
Overall it is a horrible experience."
