"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We planned to stay at Lake Wanoka Resort Friday through Sunday, but loved the peace and quiet so much that we added another night. The wonderful staff made it incredibly easy and accommodating. We stayed in Cabin 3, with two bunk beds and a double bed. Everything was very clean, with a full private bathroom, hot water, working A/C, and a Roku TV. There's also a pond for swimming and a fantastic honor-system general store with ice, food, souvenirs, and old-time candy. The staff was extremely pleasant, and having KC Peppers Bar & Grill right there is another huge plus. The surrounding area makes the stay even better. Hartler Farms is minutes away for incredible fresh milk and meat, while Alpine Restaurant & Deli had the best beef bacon and Canadian bacon I've ever had. There are wonderful local dairies, butchers, farms, and restaurants everywhere. You can buy some of the best local meat and dairy around, bring it back, cook an amazing meal, and enjoy the peace of the campground. Well worth our 4+ hour drive. Clean, peaceful, welcoming, and a place we would absolutely return to. Five stars!"

"Very friendly staff members. Nice, spacious room for short stay and small family. Easy access to groceries and amenities. Some items a little dated but that seems normal for a touristy destination. We were able to walk to kayak rentals."

"A Wonderful Home Away From Home! My stay at this bed-and-breakfast was an absolute delight from start to finish. The home itself is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What truly makes this place special, however, is the incredible hostess, Mary. She is kind, helpful, and simply a joy to be around. Not only is she wonderful company, but she is also an amazing cook! Breakfast the next day was a true highlight, featuring fresh coffee, delicious quiche, homemade muffins, and quite literally the best carrot cake in the world. It was such a wonderful and memorable experience, and I would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!"

"This property obviously took a hit since COVID, but it is still one of our favorite places to go. The food is still incredible, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, and there are still plenty of activities both inside and outside. The room was super clean and still beautiful. I hope they can restore it back to what it used to be."
