"The staff and cleanliness of the property were excellent. The staff were helpful and kind. The private patio was a bonus, especially given how small the room was. The mattress was very firm, which I found comfortable.
There is no pool at this hotel, only a hot tub. I am not sure if that is Expedia’s error or the hotel’s that the photos are labeled as “pool” on Expedia.
The bathrooms are open concept, right off the front door, and the frosted glass sliding doors for the toilet do not close all the way. This was very weird.
You can hear clearly through the walls the other guests in their rooms. One night, a neighbour’s phone was vibrating non-stop all the way until morning (going off every few minutes) and we could hear every single vibration."
