"Very friendly front desk , rooms were compact but very clean, guessing that is all across rome for price point stayed with family for 3 nights if back in rome will stay again for sure"

"The photos on internet does not match with the room given at the arrival. There is no amenities, the front desk employee was unable to answer neither help when I told him that we have been make our reservations two months before arrrival and he just told we are hotel full occupancy. The room given smells terrible and room did not match what they published on internet! Next day we complaint at front desk and the changed us to other room almost what the published, but we lost almost half a day and there were cockroaches. They publishes pool but we have been told that was out service. The experience was terrible at all!"

"Simple yet good experience here. Location has some walkable amenities but we did have to take a metro to the center of the city. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious despite being only 5$, this gets you some good protein options, pastries produce juice and coffee . Staff is super kind and accommodating. "

The location is great, 10 minute walk to the metro and just a few stops to get into the centre of Rome. Would recommend😊"

"In a good location, felt safe. Tons of restaurants nearby. Gate is hard to open. Rooms are clean though and there are four different security points to basically get in your room. Blinds are electric!! If you try to move them manually they break."

"Wife and I had a great time at the location. Easy check in, easy to find, and a few blocks away from the metro station (3-5m). The bed was comfortable and the fact there were extra pillows available was great. My wife and I walk a lot (clocked over 480km in Japan over 3 weeks) - we stayed in Rome for 3 days and walked about 20-30km/day. The Colosseum is roughly a 20m measure walk from the guest house and there are some great Cafes along the way, a few general stores, and some markets. It's a few stops away from the main train station so easy to get to! Also some terrific lesser known Roman Sites in the area (walls, etc). Area has a lot of graffiti (seems normal in Rome since my last visit 10 years ago). Outside of that we felt very safe. It's 15-20 minutes by metro to the Vatican Museum. It may seem like it's far away on aap but it's a great location."
