"The rooms were rented out to someone else after we had paid and had confirmation #’s. Owner told us to get a refund through Expedia. I told him they weren’t refundable. He stated he’d approve it. We showed up at 5:20 for a 4pm check in time after a 6.5 hour drive. Did not receive a refund!"
