"This property had excellent service in every area! Everyone was super helpful and kind. The property was very clean and smelled amazing and was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the airport. The outdoor area looked even more amazing in person. Loved the fresh breakfast, the breads and juices were all delicious. This is my 3rd visit to Columbia and by far my most pleasant stay. I cannot wait to return to Osh hotel . "

"The hotel has all the potential to be the best hotel in Cartagena. Great convenient location close to everything, its own beach, great swimming pools. However, it sad to see how poorly maintained the hotel is. It is falling apart. I would guess that the problem is poor management. - pools were dirty - the walls/ sides of the pools - room towels and sheets were thin and old - the walls of the building are falling apart - lack of paint. - gardens seem poor. - beach was dirty - the birds eat from your plates. Very uncomfortable. Very sad to see this is happening as the food, the people and the service were great. "

"We went to the port on a Tuesday afternoon and it was easy to find the staff. They also communicate by WhatsApp. The boat rides went fine. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. If you want a second cup of coffee during the breakfast, you'll have to flag the staff down. The hotel room was good and we liked the bed. Lots of beach loungers with shade available during the midweek. Food was good, but a bit pricey. Beach was nice, the water could be rough if boats pass by. The water isn't as clear as the other islands but this one is much closer to the city. The resort dogs and cats were friendly. There are day pass visitors but we didn't feel like impacted the service level from the staff. We didn't like that the jet ski staff would ride into the designated swim spot. Seems like an accident could happen and it also makes the water quality worse. One thing to note about the property is that they asked for reviews from us several times. "
