"New and clean, friendly staff , fantastic amenities, great breakfast!
Only feedback less than perfect 10’s was
1) it was a too long cold walk to get to the heated hot tubs and pool at far end of property (no access through owned units section)
2) t though the gondola is just right across the street. They’re way too many stairs to get to ground level and there’s no crosswalk.if you’re in ski boots it’s challenging so we ended up driving to the ski lodges

From the moment we checked in (thanks to Jonathan) to the restaurant staff (especially Mr. DJ), everyone was incredibly patient and friendly. Even though we came hoping to see snow and didn’t get any, the experience was still amazing because of the people. Truly made our stay memorable."
