Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Room was nice and cozy. Staff was very helpful. Amenities are decent. We were told WiFi was working but we didn’t get to use it the entire trip. Not the biggest deal tho. We had a good time overall.

Come here yearly for the past for years . The grounds of the property have added more sitting areas and fire pits , bbqs… Always clean ! Suite #3 has a very small/tight space to cook on … Other than that I’ll be coming back yearly .

Our unit didn’t have any views. To enjoy the lake view, you need to walk about 2 minutes toward the back of the property. It gets very dark at night, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or those unfamiliar with the area. The cabin was cozy, beds are comfortable and it has everything you need.

Cabins were cute and quaint. But not fancy. Nice floorplan and close to everything- very walkable. Shower was super small but fine. Plenty of parking and across the street from the marina. Inside of cabin was much nicer than the outside would make you think. Super clean. Great sheets and bath towels. Very responsive to all questions. Community area was nice! Overall it was a great stay.

This place is very clean and fully equipped with kitchen we were able to cook dinner for kids , very close to the lake and good views of the mountains, more importantly very responsive and friendly owners.

Great times in June Lake

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying in June Lake. The property location was very nice. Our unit was stocked well with the essential supplies in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is great! Short walk to good restaurants, general store and June Lake Brewery. We also enjoyed the fire pits. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very cute cabin perfect for four adults. We loved the location. It has a tiny little kitchen and shower but just enough for a comfortable stay.

I actually loved the cabin... it was quaint, clean, comfortable and included many of the comforts of home, especially in the kitchen. Fortunately, the 2 days I was there, the temperature was very mild. Cabin does not have AC, so beware if the day is hot. The only negative was the very small, cramped bathroom- I was traveling solo, so not that big of a deal, but, I am not a large person, 5'8", 170 lbs, but was banging my knees and elbows in the tiny shower space. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and that was a plus. Overall, I really loved the cabin and would come back...
