"The parking is really crowded. There was almost no parking space available. it was very inconvenient."

"The airport shuttle was supposed to run every 30 min, but did not come for more than 45 minutes. Only one person was dealing at the front desk, and it took long to complete check-in."

"Room was decent, smelled musty and sliding door to patio was fogged up and smelled really dewey in the morning. Bathroom sink was pretty but very low and shower head was also very low. Otherwise it was decent, breakfast included was ok. "

"Some of the area was very sketchy with people smoking marijuana outside and the room wasn’t even clean. There was throw up on the drawer that was there from the previous guest, and some of the bedspread had stains."

"Breakfast menu was limited but fresh. The dinner menu was robust and the quality was very good. Cocktails and wine selection were very good. The room was very clean, but the soap dispensers were inoperable. And some of the electric outlets didn’t work. The air conditioner was very efficient. The two men at the front desk were efficient but not particularly pleasant. One woman at the front desk was very friendly to repeat guests but not to others. The location is convenient to the airport and does provide shuttle service. All in all it provides adequate guest services and accommodations. "
