"We stayed in a sardine can for 2 weeks. The room we stayed in was false information. The picture of the room looked bigger than it was. We asked everyday to be moved to a bigger room and nothing happened."

"There are four pools so plenty of space to lounge. No need to wake up early and place your towel. Maria- server was so sweet, friendly and very welcoming. Maria went above and beyond what was asked. I would totally stay again. One thing I would recommend for the restaurants if you don’t get in line first you will not get seated. You have to put your name day and come back later for reservation time. I didn’t really like that part because you have to stand in line 1 hour before restaurant opens. "

"We loved the quiet spaciousness of the pools and property with our kids! The food was wonderful too and we especially loved the ceviche by the pool and lunches at the half moon pool or triangle pools! The buffets were well stocked and had some variety, enough for all 8 of us to always enjoy our meals even if vegetarian or picky kids. "

"Property is decent, but there is so much moisture in the air that many of the rooms smell like mildew and mold. After leaving the balcony door and front door open for several hours, it dissipates, but you still smell it throughout the hotel - especially in the elevators. That is the biggest downside to this hotel for sure. The other piece is the amenities. Outside of the beach - which is terrific - and pool, there isn't much in terms of activities. Bikes are only available to those 13 and up and you have to go on a tour with the hotel. No pickleball, basketball or tennis courts. No ping pong, other than the teen centre (but adults aren't allowed in). The food was overall very good, even the buffet. If you book through expedia, you get some extra options for booking reservations but will still unlikely get them the first two nights you arrive. Location is great. Beach is amazing, and while the loungers and umbrellas around the pool are tough to get, there are always open ones on the beach. It was nice to be close enough to Bucerias to be able to walk in to town. Sayulita is a nice day trip as well. The staff were excellent overall."

"My suite was roomy, clean, bright and well equipped. It is just steps to the beach and the hotel lends out chairs and umbrellas at no extra cost. There are several restaurants in a 1/2 block radius. "
