"Everything was nice. Arrived at night around 9pm. They welcomed us home, and gathered the is the luggage. Off we went on resort cart. Beautiful lit pathway, line with palm trees. Welcome, sash on the door. checked in with preferred club members and the festivities began. Served premium drinks. The next 3 days were wonderful, the all inclusive package was definitely a deal. Food was pretty good.Room was very nice. Dual balconies, by the pool, an our ocean view. Staff was very nice. Rooms were kept very clean. We recommend the excursion package to the cenotos and snorkeling "

"Beautiful decor in the lobby area- however: Our room was smaller than a dorm room with a shotty Murphy bed as hard as a rock. The pool was ice cold with a view of unfinished abandon building. Breakfast and service was good. Hotel charges a “destination fee” which adds significantly to your room stay cost and it’s just pure profit and false advertising that it’s not disclosed when you book but just added on when you check in. Not a value and would never stay again. Location is ok."

A little confusing to find on the first try. It is an apartment complex in a gated neighborhood that has been converted into an apartment hotel. A little confusing to find on the first try. The address will get you really close on Google or Apple maps. Great for people who rent a car and want to cook some of thier own meals. Nearest grocery store is more than a mile away. 2 miles from the central commercial area and 5 miles from the beach. A great option for people who want to 'freestyle' their time in Tulum away from the hotel zone. It was easy for us, we both speak Spanish and are comfortable driving around town. "
