The property was great and many pools to choose from there is no paved street so it’s a little bit bumpy to get there, but luckily it’s not so far from the main road Kukulkan.

The property was beautiful, but like other reviews mentioned the room was not cleaned thoroughly but we managed. The first night one of the showers was not draining, however maintenance fixed it quickly & we didnt have any issues with it the rest of our stay. There is another building being built next door so it was noisy and dusty. The roads going to the property are also extremely rough. They seemed to be working on that while we were there though!! It is located just a few minutes drive to the beach area and downtown. We rented a car so had no issues getting around, if you dont get a car you will definately want to rent a bike, moped, or atv! There are tons of options around for that!

Positif: L’architecture du bâtiment est super belle avec ces nombreuses piscines. Que dire du restaurant sur le toit, c’était super bon et le service l’était tout autant. Le logement était spacieuse pour un loft. D’ailleurs ce dernier avait un accès direct à la piscine. Négatif: La rue n’est pas pavée donc c’est poussiéreux sur la propriété. Et c’est difficile de circuler avec une voiture ou un scooter puisque la route de terre est très abîmée. Il est pratiquement impossible de se déplacer à pied puisque l’hébergement se trouve entre le centre ville et la plage (45 minutes). Malgré ce dernier bémol nous avons adoré l’hébergement et Tulum en général. C’est un endroit à découvrir avant que ça soit bondé de touriste.

L’hôtel est très bien et calme, les appartements sont bien équipés. Le seul bémol est dans sa localisation, nous n’avions pas de voiture, nous avons loué des scooter dans Tulum pour être plus libre de nos déplacements

Now I waited all week to write this review. So I booked for a 6 night stay for 8 ppl, in total 3 bedroom 3 bath. Everything that could’ve went wrong WENT WRONG. From our flights being canceled to us missing a WHOLE day of our vacation. GRANTED that wasn’t the “stays” fault but wait there’s MORE. After being in 4 different states (delays and connecting flights) 21 plus hours later with 3 CHILDREN.. I receive a what’s app message stating that our stay has been MOVED due to electric issues… hmm.. okay. I’m trying to remain calm. They claim it would be the same thing just a different complex and area but same management. We agreed. At this point I have no choice. We get there and wasn’t even greeted properly. There were 3 towels for 8 people. NO bathroom mats except for one in the pent house apt. (Which they later brang grindingly a day later) And ALL the appliance was in Spanish. Electric stove/ washer dryer etc. the penthouse tiles for the pool was BROKEN and all over the place the kids could’ve clearly slipped while running wet. The grill was filthy! I’m talking water bugs everywhere (especially at night) Now when we reached out to the front desk to assist us we were met with anoyance and passive aggressive attitudes the young lady even said and I quote “ do they not have these washer/dryers In the states” and I replied YES BUT IN ENGLISH! Now this lady barely spoke English and still couldn’t translate to us …twice. she later had to call a man to do it over the phone. The

Loved the property and the condo. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and had multiple pools. The rooftop restaurant was nice and food was awesome. They do have assigned underground parking.Only downfall is finding it and the streets are horrible. We received our checkin email the day of but was able to checkin a hour early. If your not fluent in Spanish definitely have a translator app available because majority of staff speaks Spanish but everyone was very nice.

This Property is absolutely worth the price. Make sure you got your own mobility cause the location is not the best. Some Rooms are very good and some Rooms are OK, do you gotts be lucky with this. I recommend to Book a bigger one.

Tulum condo

Le condo était très beau et très propre. Cependant aucune pression pour l eau chaude dans la douche. Il pourrait avoir un changement de serviettes. De plus il pourrait y avoir 2-3 sacs à vidange, quelques cups à café et quelques sachets de savon à linge. Il y a une laveuse mais pas de sécheuse. La Poniente 29 pour se rendre au condo n est vraiment pas belle. Par chance que ce n est pas une longue distance. Les piscines sont froides et la propreté laisse à désirer. Sinon excellent service de la concierge et reçu les instructions clairs avant l arrivée. En général une belle place et un beau condo pour un prix relativement abordable. Nous avions le condo 209.

El lugar es bonito y cómodo, sin embargo deja muchas cosas a desear, el refrigerador no servía, pedimos apoyo y no se nos brindó. El costo de limpieza excesivamente costoso 80 usd cuando en la página dice 30 usd. Pedimos cambio de toallas y nunca lo realizaron

This is a newer property, so the facilities are actually pretty great. The pools, the gym, etc. are in great condition. The upstairs restaurant is also convenient since there is nothing walkable from the property. There are taxis out front all the time that can take you where you need to go. We had a 3 bdrm penthouse with a private pool. The pool was unusable the whole trip because there was never any way to clean it and it would get dirty very quickly. There was also no soap, shampoo or towels in one bathroom, and no cups or anything that would make it convenient. Definitely felt like a room that was just always rented out...but it was still a great place to stay!

They did not honor my reservation. I booked a Grand Suite in Mistiq Gardens and they gave me a smaller, 3 bedroom condo that did not match location or pictures. Apart from that, the doors in my room and restroom locked shut it closed. I was stuck in there for an hour as they did not have keys. They removed the handle to avoid it because it continued to lock anytime the doors were closed. The restroom sink did not work and the shower didn’t have hot water. Extremely disappointed

my stay here did not start out well due to arriving at the location and our apartment was completely dirty. There were bugs inside the apartment. There was trash everywhere. There were beds, not made basically nobody did housekeeping before we arrived. To preface, the hotel already had extremely bad communication with us. I messaged a month prior, a week prior, two days prior, a day prior and the day of prior. We had received no information about our apartment. two hours before our check-in that is when we received the information and how to get into the apartment. There is no concierge there. The person you contact to is through WhatsApp they are only available until 5 PM. I tried calling them. I tried texting them no matter what. Unfortunately, I got there after 5 PM so that just meant that I wasn’t gonna be helped, wasted in our apartment around 6:30 that is when I got a call back after I tried to message everyone that the security told me to message. We were able to be moved to a different location just for the night. we felt very uncomfortable to have been in the apartment. We couldn’t even situate ourselves when arriving from the airport after that there were numerous situations where we try to get their help and we did not get a response Or if we did it took hours. If we were able to get through to someone by phone call, the person who answered would be very rude. We honestly were very happy that we got to get out of that apartment as fast as we could.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 days. I highly recommend using Google maps when commuting ! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with dirt roads with a lot of potholes and NO street lights. So be cautious when driving at night! Before arriving we received an email of what apartment was assigned to us and when we could check-in. We had to check in twice ! The first check-in spot gave us wristbands . The second check-in is where we received our key . The apartment looks EXACTLY like the photos ! In the fridge they give complimentary water ! Even had a washer in dryer with cleaning supplies in our room! The bathroom is to die for. The shower water gets hot after a certain amount of time of being in there (20-25 minutes. ). There were beach towels AND regular towels provided. Not washcloths though. There was one tv in our room and we could connect to YouTube , Hulu , Netflix ,etc. The cons I can say is that there aren’t enough outlets in the room, and the wifi isn’t that great. There’s also construction going on but it didn’t bother us much because we were barely in the room . Also and the parking garage, someone has to manually open the entrance gate and exit gate everytime. There were times where we had to open and close the gates ourselves ! Besides all of that the hotel was pretty nice. Not too far from the strips of clubs, restaurants of Tulum. Everything local was a 10-17 minute trip !
