"Hotel cleanliness was better than any hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were so quiet, spacious and the bedding so comfortable. Would not want to stay anywhere else when visiting Oklahoma City."

"Hotel looked nice in the pictures. Got there, it’s disgusting. Smells horrible, mattresses have stains all over them ring around the bathtub, carpets are nasty, furniture is broken. My husband and I checked in, saw the room and immediately went to another hotel."

"This place is a great hotel!! They have a cocktail hour available, and you recieve your first two cocktails on them. The rooms are large and very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are in Oklahoma City and need a really "Sweet" place to stay, stay at the Embassy Suites you won't be disappointed."

"Staff was great, very helpful. However, we booked it for airport shuttle, but the shuttle wasn’t working so we had to take Ubers. There were also not many offerings for snacks/food to buy. Microwave in room didn’t work (I did not mention to front desk - I’m sure they would’ve looked into it.). Also, as a woman traveling with daughter, I was a bit uncomfortable when my room number was said out loud while checking in. The single woman who checked in before me had the same thing happen. I didn’t mention that I would’ve preferred that the room number not be identified aloud at the time, and I should have (just for employee’s awareness)"
