The room was immaculate and the staff our hostess, Sabrina, Felicia and Mariah were excellent. They checked in on me to see if I need anything more and they were there for me when I needed questions answered. If in this area again I would definitely stay at Owassa Home 2 Suites.

Great extended or quixk stay hotel

Great checkin process. Very friendly, helpful and quick. The room was spacious and great kitchenette. All supplies in kitchen were provided which was a nice surprise. Overall clean however i did have to clean the pullout table and a couple countertops but nothing major. I would stay again.

It was near a lot of dining places as well as other needs (walmart, petsmart, etc.) But quiet and off the main roads which was definitely a plus! Well lit parking lot at night and peaceful. Didn't have any issues with other residents or anything being loud, plus clean grassy areas to take the dogs to the bathroom. There were many other dogs there but we never heard any of them unless it was outside of the hotel.

The first night there was no hot water for a shower. I reported to the front desk & they said they were having trouble the last couple of days & she would have maintenance check the heaters. There was hot water the next day. I also wanted clean towels for the room. About 11am the cleaning staff was in the hallway& we left our towels on the floor in the room. I also told the girl at the front desk our room number & asked for the towels. But when we arrived back at the room later in the evening the dirty towels were still on the floor & no clean towels. I went to the front desk to get the towels myself. The overall hotel was clean, the front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options. We have stayed at this property and other Home 2 Suites and will again.
