Great hotel for a night stay

Check in was super easy, staff was accommodating. Room was very nice. Beds were comfortable good hotel. I’d stay there again for a night stay.

Terrible service and maintence. For a hotel that is best western it looks worser then motel 8. The pictures look good but bathroom is dirty. The shower curtians dont even reach the floors leading to a big leak from showering. Dont let the pictures fool you. Go somewhere else. Save the $$

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was typical "continental" style. However, in a time when many hotels are eliminating complimentary breakfast, we appreciated the courtesy.

Great Overnight Stay!

We had a great overnight stay here. We arrived from our flight around 10pm but our luggage did not. We last minute decided to stay overnight in Tulsa instead of continuing our trip on to Eufaula. We picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle and also the price. We were picked up by the owner himself, he had just sent his driver home for the night right before we called. On the way to the hotel he offered to make a detour for us to get something to eat, he was very thoughtful. The hotel has been recently updated and was clean and shiny. The bed was comfortable a/c worked great all in all this place couldn't have been any better for what we needed a good night's sleep.

Read the reviews and saw that it was a new property so I thought I was getting a great deal with the rate. It is not new, just partially renovated. The staff was nice enough, the room was spacious and the bed was comfy. It has two levels but no elevator, so if you have luggage you're carrying it up the stairs. My room had a weird smell I couldnt get rid of, probably came from the AC unit which was unplugged when I first entered the room. The property reminded me of Army barracks. I would not rebook.

Toilet would not flush. Called front desk asked for a plunger. They told me I had to wait until morning for cleaning crew to get there. They had no plunger in the whole building. Told them I cannot stay in a room without a working toilet. Tried to cancel. Was told I needed to contact expedia to cancel. I contacted expedia. They did their best to try and cancel. When expedia call the hotel. Staff told expedia I never mentioned anything wrong with the room. There is a camera right at the front desk. I know they have me on cctv trying to cancel. But they lied to expedia. Do not stay here. Did not get a refund. Did not feel safe here. RFID lock on door only had one screw in it. Had my two kids with me. Did not feel safe here.

When I checked in it was fine. The remote did not work in the room, nor did the phone so I got to walk a very long way to the front desk where the remote had a battery change and then apparently a different remote, it did allow me to change the channel but not adjust the volume or turn it off so I could almost hear the TV from the bed. There was no way to adjust the temperatire in the room or turn on the fan to drown out the noise from the highway, I was almost warm. The pillows were the size of decorative sofa pillows and I was almost comfortable. Then the shower was a real challenge, it took 2 employees to figure out how to divert the water to the showerhead. Then when the water is on the showerhead it slides down the pole and sprays your stomach so you can almost have a good shower. It you want to almost it then this was fine. I prefer to be all the way comfortable. warm and not annoyed.

The hotel met our needs, but it could have been better. We were charged a daily cleaning fee, but our room wasn't cleaned the entire stay. There were also a lot of things that were broken (the padlock, the vending machines, the pool, etc.). The office also gave a keycard to our room to someone else during our stay. Luckily, we were there for that part or it could have been an issue.
